【明報專訊】馬會行政總裁應家柏昨早與傳媒進行早餐會，期間應家柏表示，對於踏入08年投注額數字屢創新高感到鼓舞，他透露截至周日跑了43次賽事，投注額對比去季同期已增加約7％，保守估計全季投注額可較去季上升6至7％，成功達到不用補貼稅項的最終目標。

應家柏又表示，馬會將動用60至80億港元的儲備，為兩個馬場推行一個為期約3至5年的全面擴建發展計劃。

至於彩池方面，據應家柏透露，有關位置及三重彩兩項彩池的修訂方案，已交由博彩委員會進行磋商。其中位置彩池方面，將會效法獨贏有其既定賠率，而非現時賽前只提供各駒位置派彩區域的顯示。

同時，在位置派彩分配的比例上，冷熱門可望作出相應的調配，取消現行的三甲馬瓜分彩金制度，不致如剛周日主席短途獎般，全熱門1.2倍的「蓮華生輝」位置派10.1元，但30倍的「燦惑」亦只派12.5元，欠吸引性。

三重彩按注碼比例派彩

至於三重彩方面，雖然現時凡滿100元的投注額，每注可減為5元，但應家柏指出如投注馬匹數目較多，注數繁多依然相當犯本，因此他期望能效法澳洲flexibet的彈性處理手法，能夠因應投注者的注碼而以比例分配彩金，務求達到馬迷以小博大的投注原則。應家柏預計兩個彩池的修訂方案，最快可在下季初落實執行。
