1965 409 / 400 HP
last year 409, only 742 high horse 409s made in 65 making it one of the rarest 409s.
Fresh heads with Manley SS valves, Crower springs
Crower cam and lifters
Block is done and detailed, fresh hone at std. bore, fresh crank, Clevite main and cam bearings, ARP main studs.
Factory high horse oil pan & windage tray, Orig GM single 4 aluminum intake, front cover, excellent high horse (425 or 400 HP) balancer, new water pump and more.
Needs pistons, pushrods and timing chain to be finished.
Work in progress......had for almost 20 years. Came from Vic Hubbards in the early 70s.
