Subject: She was bouncing the girl...

Trying to ease the crying, more like the screaming. Her head was pounding, but Kesi had been crying for almost two hours for her daddy, she wouldn't be consoled by anything. With a groan she looked at the clock, reading 3:49 a.m. "Come on baby girl..stop crying for mommy..." She mumured, only to be rewarded with another wail of "daddy!" The little girl didn't say much coherantly, mostly she just babbled, but she certainly mastered Kato's title. With a reluctant growl she picked up the phone, calling Kato's cell.

She frowned heavily, shaking her head as she looked to Kesi, whom she had placed in the playpen. "She won't stop screaming for you, I've been trying for the past two hours to get her quiet, to sleep and she refuses, I don't know what to do." Her voice showed her exhaustion and frustration. He was usually the one begging to talk to her - but he was at the point now where he had no strength left to deal anymore. Something always went wrong the moment he started to care for someone or something and he was beginning to wonder if he wouldn't just be better off to not care, period.
