The doorbell rang in the background." I'll get it yelled a voice from the bedroom. Who is it?"
That was the voice of ashley larson,a college student
at harvard law school.
"Hey girl, its me Katie." Katie lived in the same dorm room as ashleand the bth grew to be best friends over the years.
" i thought you were going to take night classes this week,?" said ashley with a confused look on her face.
"yeah i thought i was too, but then the dean came up to me and said,' no you need to say home and clean your room all week, kati said ina squeeky voice trying hardto soubd like the dean.
" haha! said ashley, so whats the real reason your not in class?
"Well, katie said I....I.... I have a date with ....Kyle Paterson!!!!
"no way! youmean to tell me you hve a date with kyle paterson? your kiddng right?
"no i'm not kidding. he really askdme out. i didn't even know he liked me." katie said in a surprising way.
"so, ashley said looking aroundthe room, whens the big thing hapening?
"he said saturday night at 5:00" katie replied .
"wow, thts like really soon, asley said, we don't have much time.
