I haven't meant many really truly wealthy people before, but the ones I do know (not the super-rich but $million plus) have been extraordinarily generous with not only their money but also their time and their home.
I would say that the rich are no more moral nor less moral than the poor (and I've met many of them) - some are generous, even with their last dollar and others are cheaters and scammers - the same as the rich.
