The unedited Conan works by Howard are available from the UK (easily found on ebay for $30, or from the UK amazon.com site). The American editions from Wandering Star (which will cost about $150 dollars each, and it is a three volume set) will be out in about a year or so.

Baen books has put out a series of seven books of non-Conan Howard material, but they are out of print. Other than the two UK Conan editions, there is no Howard currently in print. The Baen books can usually be found on Ebay, and sometimes can still be ordered from regular bookstores.

Even if you did manage to get all seven Baen books and the two UK Conan volumes, you still would have less than 5% of Howard's total literary output.

I have read a few of Howard's letters, but not a lot. The volumes of his letters are quite expensive, and were published by Arkham house. Like most of Howard's literary work, his letters are also out of print.
