And to carry these ideas one step further, we must conclude that only in our minds do we make distinctions between things and then ascribe value to them. Difference is only a phenomenon of the interpretation of perception. It has no meaning or relevance beyond what which we give it. That is, events and forms have no meaning prior to our perception and interpretation of them. All meaning, therefore, is akin to mere imagination. It is illusiory and transitory.
