I simply looked through some open sources on the Internet. Some were government declarations, state reports, the DNR etc. Others were done by the EPA and other environmental groups, such as the Indiana Institute of Recycling. I could not list them all, as I don't remember them, but I was careful not to pick just any source, but sources that were affiliated with the government itself. Bartholomew County, the one in which we live, appears quite horrible on the list... it makes me want to move...
