I could go on with several examples over a hundred years, but how about the last 3 years? Let's see within the current president administration we've pulled out of the Kyoto agreement dealing with the environment. Let's add in the 1972 Anit-Ballastic Missile Treaty with Russia. That is just two off the top of my head on a Monday morning.

Let's see the US has the most weapons of mass destruction and the most deadly biological agents. The ONLY country to have used a nuclear device on another country (for reasons I agree with, however). And trained the pilots that ran into the WTC. I think we need to reconsider our high moral ground, before acting alone.

What gives us the right to bully a smaller country into disarming for reasons that we cannot keep ourselves? Now granted, there are UN resolutions specifically dealing with the issue, but it should be a UN decision that solves it and not a country with our track record.

As for how do deal with such a ruthless leader? That should come out of a UN decision, and not a US one, in my opinion. There is nothing wrong if the UN agrees to and we push our agenda en force thru it. If we act on our own, then it is a personal agenda of our warmongering nation and not necessarily in the best interest of the world, but in our own personal interest.
