Subject: Shadows Over Baker Street

I ordered this book earlier this week, and got it in the mail yesterday. It is a collection of stories, which combines Sherlock Holmes (or associates of Holmes) with Lovecraftian themes and stories. The book itself was approved by the Doyle estate -- which says a lot.

I've read a good portion of it already. Some of the stories are quite good, some are average. Some I would say, are disappointments.

However, I would recommend the book to anyone who, like me, is a fan of both Holmes and Lovecraft. The good stories are worth the cost of the book, and I hope there will be more in the future.
