But, I think that the Verve song may have been excluded for two reasons - the song was a ripoff of a Rolling Stones song and was used without permission (they were given permission to use a snippet and they stole the whole thing) and secondly, the Verve's version of the song was then sold to Nike to be used in an ad by the Stones (after a lawsuit that broke the Verve - but then again when you plagarize, that's what you get) as a get-even ploy by the Stone since the Verve take themselves too seriously.
