I agree with mt healthy mountaineer that Buell's criticism's of Lee may be well founded since we revere him so much in the South. There is one point in the book where I feel that Grant AND Sherman did not use Thomas to their greatest advantage. I think it was in the Chickamauga/ Chattanooga campaign. Someone help me out here.
