Still no complaints with the DSL service but MCI itself is driving me nuts. How so?

1. They did not bill me for the first month of service - the first sign of a bill I got was a disconnect notice from them.

2. They have overcharged me for the last two months. I am paying a flat rate for all of the long distance I can use to anyone I want in the USA. However, I keep getting itemized phone calls billed to me on top of that. It's not a difficult problem to fix but I am getting tired of calling customer service (one time I had to give them my phone # seven seperate times because I kept on being switched from person to person).

So, to review, MCI quality - good. MCI organization - poor.
