I think Irsay really wants the Colts to stay in Indy. I think he is trying to deal fairly with the city and the city is trying to deal fairly with him. Hopefully everything will work to keep them here.

There is a new wrinkle to this - because of the Browns' move to Baltimore, any moves have to be approved by the owners. The owners might just like having LA left without a football team. Why? They've lost 2 in the last 10 years and it is to the advantage of the owners to have LA without a team - they can always use the threat of moving to LA as leverage to get better stadium deals, etc. with their current cities. If the Colts move there then Indy is the big threat to steal away a team and no one is going to take that threat seriously.
