Paul H. O'Neill was sworn in as the 72nd Secretary of the Treasury on January 20, 2001.

also, found an article (not the following) that said he produced a kiss album....

TSO's manager Paul O'Neill -- who also writes, performs and produces the music -- wanted to use 300 PAR cans for this tour. "He actually ran the lights last year because nobody could 'get' what he wanted," Hartley says. "But Elliott and I really talked him into using moving lights. I kept telling him, 'You've got to have the movement. I had to get (Kiss') Gene Simmons to go with moving lights so I'm sure I'll be able to get to you.' So he let us go with it and I totally blew him away and now he says, 'Whatever you want to do.' "

Paul O'Neill seems to also be a New York Yankee Baseball Player.....hhmmm....
