! Polo for Pony-clubs in 2004 !

Remember every one can play polo and all ponyclubs can enter teams as long as you have two players from your own club. Get your DC to appoint a branch manager and then he or she will be sent all the information from HQ. It is a great sport and if you have just finished games then what are you waiting for. If you need help or advice then just Holler!!

Haven't got enough members to make a team but want to play any way, then not to worry. Every member can contact their Dc or Sam (Polo Secretary) at HQ and ask to have their names put on the list of available players for what ever group you wish to play polo in. Groups run in age from 6 Jorrocks to 21 Gannon, Langford and Rendel, and every one is catered for. Play on your games pony showjumper or eveventer no worries. Don't be left out and don't listen to those saying you have to attend things in Scotland to be eligible because it is just not true!!.

Take a look at the Whats-On page for playing groups

Arena Tournaments are held in April normally at Inglesham Polo Centre Near Swindon but also at other Clubs. A great place to meet lots of like minded pony-club folk from the south in good polo surroundings. Training is being arranged both in Scotland and England the nearest is Yorkshire where a great Polo Playing Coach Guy Verdon will be on hand at Beverly polo club for some excellent tuition. Dundee & Perth Polo Club arrange training at their grounds at Scone Palace Perth and at Devon Liesure Alloa

It is a most agreeable game with the opportunity to employ all you pony skils in one place. Remember once played you WILL be hooked!!

Remember Don't be left out!!!!
