Subject: Horses on Orkney?

Hey, any Orcadians out there, what is the horsey scene like on orkney (esp Sth ronaldsay where I may be moving to)? Is Hay/straw readily available and what £ would I expect to pay please?

We are in the Central; at the moment Snowy, part of Scotland. If you want information about all equestrian activity in Orkney including polo then you are as well contacting Katie Coward 01856 751301 and she will be delighted to help with your queeries on costs etc.
Where are you based and when if at all will you be moving?
If you tell her where you found the number she will be delighted.
I don't know if you play polo but if not yet you must it is a great game and certainly improves your riding ability!!.
