Dear Sir,
I am Anil Kumar from India. Having own company called" Global Business Inc." in Bangalore. My company work is arranging Loan/Investment for my Indian clients from Out side for their projects.
So i have got your company details by Goggle search. I have some request on behalf of my clients, Is there any chances to get loan/investment for their projects. like Hotel Industries,Garments,Hospital,Power generation and distribution, Infrastructure, development current business/industries, Take over financing....and so on.
But i need to clarify some few points, in India Indian Nationalized are ruled out to issued BG for clients and it is against rule to Ministry of Finance in India. so that my clients are having property of Land/Building/industries. Some of going to purchase & construction. After sanction the loan the whole project & property will be collateral.
And Our Bangalore is one of the best developing/improving city in India in all fields. We have plenty of projects like Villas, real estate, Hotels, resorts, casino, multicusine restaurant,....so that we are looking for genuine investors for our projects...

I am Indian International Capital specialist and consultant for
MNC in India for their projects. Some of my clients are looking large amount
of Loan/Investment against projects only. They can't give BG/MTN/Promissory
note/security. They can give property like Land/building before getting
Loan. Is it possible to lend money for their projects. If yes kindly let us
know the details.

And I have two current projects is belongs to my own..

1. I have land owner in India (OOTY) around 2,000 hectors teak wood
plantation with big forest. All trees are more than 150 years old and
100-150 feet height. The total land cost will be more than US$ 0.4 Billion.
The Land owner is offering me for joint venture to cut the tree and sell it
to buyer. We have buyer for that also. And Government of India with
department of Forestry to cut the trees and one tree cost will be US$12,000
to 15,000. We can repay the amount immediately. For this project we will
hypothecate all land document and agreement of condition for Loan.
I require to invest for this project 2.5 million dollar.
Please kindly assist me and send me procedure with mode of operation.

2. In India GAO is very beautiful place of Tourism state and very historical
place with Hill station, Sea shore, and good atmosphere. In GAO i have an
offer to by 2,800 hectors hill station with Teak wood forest consisting Rich
sand and Manganese Ore and Natural herbs like medicine plants.
I am very much interested in that to purchase then to make international
resort with high tech hotel and beautiful residential bungalows with natural
atmosphere for tourist and hygiene people and some part of the property will
use for research for Homeopathic and Allopathic medicine research for SPA
care, Nature cure, Body massage center, Hospital....

For all this purpose i have to invest first to purchase the land. The cost
of the land is US$15 million and for project development nearly US$ 70
million.

I can assure and Prove you to any lenders/Investor my thoughts and projects
are very profitable and as well as service wise with good income.

I have dream in my projects and i can bet any body my projects are very best
in India. And i have many more projects with me like International
Restaurant(not even one hotel in the whole world),Multi level shopping
market, International Residential schools with all modern amenities but
atmosphere looks like ancient style. Hospital, one very big software
development in Service field........and so on.

Please kindly i am requesting you to arrange good lenders/joint venture
investor for my projects.
So that i can move forward with land owner.

Because I am holding plenty of projects with all details and i am very
young, i am only 27 residing in Bangalore in India.
