I have Bad Credit

I have the opportunity of operating a Mortgage loan origination business from my home.

My proposel is :

Loan
Amount $25,000
Term 5 Yrs.
Purpose: Become Home Mortgage broker
Offering % of commission PER MO.

Use of funds:
Car Prius $10K Down
Lap Top $ 3k
Computer $ 2.5k
Business $ 9.5k

A. I have the opportunity of operating a Mortgage loan origination business from my
home
B. I wish to purchase a Prius Car (Finance Half the cost +/- $10k)
C. Reminder to start and train in becoming a Mortgage Originator.
D. Example: Commssion from a $250,000 mortgage is about $+/- 1,300
(One Mortgage a month)

1. Loan amount for $25,000 Term 60 Or Less

2. In lieu of interest will pay
Agrred on by both parties a % of my commssion per month)

3. Till the end of the term ""or"" untill the full amount to be paid off in full

4. If paid off in 6 Months, lender to recive a Full year

Example: Commssion % Payment Profit
(Investor)
1300 x 5% $ 65 $ 1235 +/- One transaction (1)
2600 x 5% $ 130 $ 2470 Two (2)
5400 x 5% $ 195 $ 5205 Three (3)

Plus $416.67 Per Mo Towards the principal
Profit Principal Payment Net Profit
$ 1235 - 416.67 = $ 818.33
$ 2470 - 416.67 = $ 2428.33
$ 5205 - 416.67 = $ 4788.33

Lender can hold Title to Automobile till Loan amount is paid in Full.

Auto Loan $196 +/- Per Month
