SEEK USD$5MILLION LOAN & PAY 50% PER YEAR FOR IT

To realize a very profitable business transaction, to achieve in a short time of one to 3 year duration, I am looking for a USD$5 million loan. The transaction deal is too profitable with at least 300% return, that I am ready willing to pay for the required loan 50% interest rate per year. The transaction deal consists in building 12 fishing boats.
The estimated investment cost of boat is already financed up to 80% by the government authorities USD$2,000,000 x 12 x 80% = USD$19, 200,000.
We are seeking a USD$5,000,000 loan :
USD$2,000,000 x 12 x 20% = USD$4,800,000.
WE PAY FOR THIS LOAN 50% PER YEAR :
USD$5,000,000 x 20% = USD$ 2,500,000 PER YEAR
THE REQUIRED LOAN COULD BE PROVIDED AS FOLLOWS :
ONE TIME USD$5,000,000 FOR 3 YEAR DURATION, OR
USD$ 2,500,000 FIRST YEAR AND ROLL OVER TILL THIRD YEAR.
