I´m looking for a lender/partner of 300,000$ who will receive a 100% ROI and a 25% position in the IBC that is going to be formed to be able to participate in a medicinal jv project that needs a 30M$ financing to commercialise new products world wide. Along with forming an private offshore bank to control the cashflow better of the IBC and to be able to offer services and products of the bank. Since the IBC and offshore bank will be formed the lender will receive an 100% ROI and a 25% position of the IBC that is going to particpate in the project.
