There is a $80, Bil. market need for our project/ service and have States ready to move upon review of a prototype.

We have completed all work on a NEW IT/Debt service for State Government and the VA. Can furnish everything (projections-business plan, outside report, etc.) With a agreement signed information will be furnished.

This is after 15 years working in the ind. and with state gov. to outline this project and have states ready to review a prototype of complete project.

Funds needed are around $950,000. and project repayment within 12 months with profit of $950,000. within 24 months.
