Please be advised that XXXXXXX has been tasked by a large private equity concern to locate companies in the biopharmaceutical (specifically therapeutics) sector that are seeking equity financing and/or acquisition offers. This firm is quite aggressive, has $600M on hand, and will close an additional $1BN fund prior to year's end.

Additionally, for another PE group with whom we are aligned, we are seeking middle market opportunities in:

* Supply Chain Management
* Logistics
* Manufacturing and remanufacturing (automotive sector especially attractive...)
* Literally anything from Kayaks to Candy to Carburetors - whatever makes sense, provided revenues exceed $20M. Specific geography is of no concern. We are in an outstanding relationship with this PE firm; they supply subordinated debt and equity for - and they also acquire - nearly anything with a bottom line that makes sense.
