Subject: CapitalGroup

Learn to use the search engine!

I was able to confirm during the past 6 months
Capital Group closed on a Real Estate Deal. This
was a no brainer, 65% loan to value; probably
anyone could have done it with the right bank,
regardless of Capital Group.

This is NOT an endorsement of Capital Group.

It appears that Capital Group acts like a buffet of
brokers and alleged funders.

However, Capital Group doe NOT complete proper
due diligence on the ones let in the front door.
If you learn to use the search engine above you will
see that one or two of the invitees currently have
formal investigations under way checking them out
by various governmental agencies. The one invitee
that I have confirmed that is under investigation is
Williams & Associates. Williams does take an up front
fee and has done so with many parties and has NOT
performed.

Another invitee to Capital Group was Global Sports, with
a Tom Menos (spelling may not be right). Tom has admitted that he is a convicted felon (but it was all a mistake and he fell on his sword to protect others...yeah, ladedadeda!).

Another invitee is Gary DeBelonius. Gary unfortunately
has bankrupted two (2) companies within the past 2
years; so how many people do you think will invest
with him?

There is one posting from an "alleged attorney" who claims to have filed a RICO charge against Capital Group; but I doubt
that he is an attorney from the rambling and very unethical way in which he libeled, slandered and defamed Capital. I think Capital has a better case against him for libel.

There is much misinformation that Capital Group takes "up front fees". They don't, I have a copy of their agreement and
it clearly states that they "do not take up front fees".
Capital group does require an MBA review of your business plan if you do not have one. If you have one, you don't need one. If you don't Capital group has an MBA/CPA who will do the review for a fee, but he has a separate company from Capital Group.

Capital Group has the same address as several other businesses; this is because Capital does NOT own the entire
office building and there are many tenants in the building with
the same address.

And the list goes on and on.

Bottom line: Unless you have a 65% Loan to value slam dunk real estate deal, you probably won't get funded from Capital Group.
