Investors - Two Programs -
Seed Investment

A) $1, Million - Only covers the first year project cost and development of a prototype. To have the full systems developed would require that each Team member (IT, etc.) become a partner/ stockholder within Debt-Data Collection Systems, Inc. and receive a guaranteed part of all profits (revenue in) from each State sold now or in the future.

Full Funding Investment

B) $5, Million - DDCSys. would contract for all IT development and services on a "work for hire" bases other than the collection agency. We would, in some bases, have to pay for licenses fees for software and buy or lease database equipment. With full funding, DDCSys. owns the software and only needs a small additional IT development for each State sold in the future.

· DDCSys. has an agreement with a collection agency that can meet our requirements, whereby they cover all the cost of the letter collection service, collection staff and in return receive 12% of revenue sharing.
