Just a little information about this system. New Star is based out of Rockford, Illinois and held pageants all over the United States. In 2007 they decided to NOT pay the hundreds of kids they owed savings bonds to. Not only did they not pay the kids they continued to hold pageants and collect money from Thousands of families in 2008. They have now opened a new business called STAR EXPLOSION. Please beware. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE PEOPLE. The owners names are Rowdy Adams and his mother Colleen Adams. The Attorney General is investigation them for fraud. This is the system that awarded savings bonds in the amount of $25,000.00, $10,000.00, $5,000.00, $1,000.00. So you can see just how much they owe hundreds of kids all over the United States. I know first hand because my son won over $5,000.00 and has not received it yet.
