BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
6 EGGS, BEATEN
2 CUPS MILK
1 ½ CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
6 SLICES BREAD
2# PORK SAUSAGE
1 TEASPOON DRY MUSTARD
½ BAR CREAM CHEESE

COOK SAUSAGE AND DRAIN WELL. BUTTER BREAD SLICES AND TEAR INTO PIECES. LAYER BREAD IN BUTTERED 9"x13" CASSEROLE
CRUMBLE SAUSAGE OVER THE BREAD. SPRINKLE THE CHEDDAR CHEESE OVER THE SAUSAGE. BEAT EGGS WITH MILK AND DRY MUSTARD AND POUR OVER THE SAUSAGE. PLACE "PINCHES" OF THE CREAM CHEESE OVER THE TOP OF MIXTURE. COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND CHILL OVERNIGHT. BAKE AT 325-350 FOR 40-45 MINUTES
