1 1/2 chuck steak Flour
1 med sized onion 3 Tblsp green pepper
3 tblsp oil 8 ounce tomatoe sauce
1 cp water 1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp pepper

Flour steak, cook onion and bell pepper in oil until tender. Brown meat on both sides.. Add tomatoe sauce, water, salt, worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Cover and simmer about 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender...
