any fool can break a neck the real trick is being able to crack it but leave your victim alive but unable to move or breathe so they die a horrible slow painful death. or you can slide a bit lower and just leave them as a vegetable for the rest of their life. and 108kgs is just shy of 240lbs. Anyway this is boring me now i'm going to the gym.
