-He wasn't sure he'd felt this content in a long time, as he lets himself into the apartment, a small golden retreiver puppy tucked under one arm, his breast pocket filled with enough drugs to kill a horse, and a little cash in his wallet, coming home to the girl of his dreams. He closes the door behind him, setting the pup on the floor, and peering through dim light into the apartment.- Kenz?

He shakes his head, dark eyes still watching them.. three things bound inside hidden pockets felt as if they were searing holes in his skin.. the diamond tennis style bracelet, the money, and the drugs.. He leaned back a little, restraining the pup in his lap with one hand and retreiving the lengthy velvet case from the inside breast pocket of his leather jacket.. offering it to her.."Check this out.." He let out a silent breath of relief, and thinking nothing of it, he sticks the pack of smokes in the drawer of the end table.. She usually stayed away from his things, and he could only hope that she would follow old habits this time.
