Hi i have run with all the ridgebacks i and my parents have owned over the last30 years. Bit like us as long as they are fit and healthy no worries. In their design criteria they had to be able to run long distances to bail up big cats. Also when i lived in Africa the RR were bigger than we generally see over here. Keep fit
