Miryam follows Deirdre out of the tavern, not moving quite so quickly as she does. All in all, Miryam isn't sure there's so much risk. She is curious, however, to see that there is no cat, and Tarkin now speaks with a woman. She passes them up, though, a tad regretfully. There had been something about Tarkin...
"I do not think there is much threat here," Amadeus tells Miryam. "I think Deirdre's judgement may be clouded."
"True," Miryam quietly agrees, "but I didn't plan on staying here long, anyway. And it's good to have a travel companion." Amadeus only mrrr's, not consenting or disagreeing.
Saeven inwardly sighs. Who knows? There might be a change, though she somehow doubts it. There are ways, she's sure, to get around it. To appeal it. But she doesn't want to put Tarkin in danger... not for her...
"Me, too," she says with a small, wistful smile.
Her attention is diverted, however, when Deirdre and Miryam pass them up. Her green eyes move swiftly to Deirdre, seeming a bit surprised. Another? And in a town? Very rare.
"Hail, sister!" she calls out to Deirdre, her eyes set on the girl. She reccognizes, too, Miryam—as a little girl—and wonders that Tarkin does not, but won't reveal anything. "I am surprised to see kin so far from home," she continues with a friendly smile, though it's still traced with sadness.
Miryam draws back, moving so she is not between Saeven and Deirdre. Why did the cat/woman call out to Deirdre as if they were long-lost friends when Deirdre had sworn this other a demon? Her daemon curls around her neck, his tail swaying back and forth, curious what might be revealed, and his amber eyes lay intent on the others.
