A smile borne of a mixture of irony and regret plays on Eli'ana's lips when Glenn says for 'her to leave her family'. If only that had been a factor. "The only family I have," she says, her voice quiet, yet not sad or afraid, "is a mentally tortured brother, a resentful daughter, a disappeared mate and an extranged lover, and two sons and one other daughter who have faded from my life. Perhaps, then, I am more alone than you, friend-elf."
She shakes her head, not wanting to discuss it much further. "The crystal is of great value to me, but the story behind it is long and heavily shroud. Perhaps, if we find it, I will share it with you."
Glenn very much piques Eli'ana's interest. She desires to ask him more of why loneliness is no fear to him, but will let the question rest now. Instead she looks back to the silent, and perhaps intimidated, Mideon.
"Perhaps I spoke too soon, ranger," she says to him. "If you wish to help me, I would be very obliged."
