He might have been there all along...who knows. Though his appearance isn't exactly orthodox, he's not an incredibly conspicuous personality, either. He's been watching the goings-on for a short time and is already a bit confused, so he's stayed out of it up to now. At the moment, though, Lochlainn has caught his interest, and he steps forward to investigate.

Leith is still a rather young elf, perhaps two hundred fifty, and so emaciated that he could pass for a twelve-year-old human. He isn't just thin in the elven sense; there's something sickly about him. Sickly, but not weak. His ebony hair falls below his shoulderblades, and isn't especially tidy. In fact, it's rather dull, and streaked with silver as if from age. Even his face is thin and bony, though he's still as attractive in his own way as any elf. His eyes are a very pale grey, sometimes punctuated by smoke blue or storm grey depending on his mood. His skin is extremely pale, almost translucent. He could pass for a ghost, or a vampire.

His dark clothing does nothing to flatter his skin. It accentuates the paleness, and the contrast between the dark and the white is striking. The clothes are loose on him almost to the point of being ill-fitting, except for the silk shirt that clings to his thin torso like a second skin. A thick, fur-lined cloak doesn't hide the thin shoulders, from which hang a satchel that seems too heavy for someone like this to carry. His right sleeve seems to bulge slightly from the quiver of crossbow bolts strapped there, but the dagger on his left arm isn't visible. The crossbow is currently in his right hand, in a position where a flick of a finger could slide an extra bolt into the bow.

He doesn't intend on killing any of these people, though, not until he knows what's going on. He's content to stand and watch.
