I agree with you in that you have ONE possible explanation for "experiences".

what you beleive in is what exists if you don't beleive in it it won't exist anymore. take santa clause for an example as a child i beleived in him and therefore he exist, another good example is god.

There are a set of famous quotes, when put together sort of say alot:God is dead-Freud Freud is dead!-God All I say to anyone that says that there is no God, just open up almost any issue of National Geograph look at the wonders of the universe in incredible color photographs, whether of the distant heavans or of minute sub-atomic particles to say that all of this "just happened"is more imagination(or denial)than I have ever been able to understand.

So how does this explanation work when a whole room full of people see the same thing, and the thing they see is a ghost? And taking it a step further, how can it be explained when they all recite the same description ,"it was a "lady", she was dressed in "White", she had straight, dark hair, she was a little bigger than the average female(I dont know what they mean by this), floated out of the corner of the room, (its always the N.E. corner) Of course I am quoting the people that have witnessed this in my house over the last 70 yrs.--hauntedravensgrin.com---I thought at first that they were "fibing", until one day I finally realised that the story was the same coming at me from a vast and varied group of people that could not POSSIBLY know each other (to get their story-Lie- co-ordinated!), so now I do tend to give "credence"to peoples storys(unless there is an obviuos ,blatant craving for attention inspiring them)
