Subject: Should I be scared?

I like to read about ghosts, but I tend to get a little freaked out, I havn't had any experiences with ghosts but I still get scared, what should I do?

It's completely normal to be scared of the unknown.

If you enjoy being scared then there's no harm. If you do not cope well after reading these stories I strongly suggest that you discontinue doing so as it cannot possibly be any fun for you, nor is it healthy. Either way, keep in mind that it is extremely rare for a "ghost" to be able to harm you. If you are of a faith, I would suggest prayer. Praying for protection does seem to help ease the fear by bringing comfort and more confidence ... and it certainly can't do anything but good!
