Hello-
I have read your stories, theories, etc. and find all very interesting. I have another theory about spirits and it goes like this-
We are
all physical and spirit when the body is alive. After the body dies the spirit leaves - we have only one person at this time who
has
done this with some recording available to try and explain this - actually others wrote about it in the New Testament. I'm not
religiously affiliated with any church or doctrine, but I have done some reading. When Jesus was found by one of the Marys ( I
believe
Magdelane ) at the time of his resurrection, he told her not to touch him because he had not yet "gone to the Father", (I call it
the
Light).
What does that mean? My theory is that some spirits stay earthbound while others go on and evolve: The earthbound are
held
here by the thoughts and feelings of loved ones - and after time , if they are not released, even though their loved ones have
passed
on, they are held to this earthplane and remained lost - "lost lambs" - is my term. Maybe that's why some keep up with
repetitive
motions in their hauntings - aren't we too caught up in the physical with repetitive motions of life? Go to work, come home, go
to
sleep, daily chores of life, etc. What some may call an "evil" spirit, may only be a soul who did not spiritually evolve high
enough to
find his true purpose - clinging here to get a second chance, caught in a bad moment of our time, trying over and over to change
a
"wrong" deed.
The evolved spirits are the ones that pass on directly to the light - they may come back to help a loved one in time of need -
those
may also show up in dreams, or ANY way of communication to help us in the physical - they have gone directly to the (Light)
and
now come back to help us. I think some call those angels, saints , etc. If they were fortunate enough for whatever reason to
evolve and
find their purpose on this plane to do service for humanity - then why shouldn't they come back to help those in need?
I just theorize that we are all here on this plane (earth school) to learn what is the proper way for our souls to evolve and
move on
for the best of all concerned. And if you do believe in ghosts and happen to come across one - either ask them what they want
( like
the child did in the movie "The 6th Sense" ) or send them on their way to the Light. It's as easy as that, and not scary at all.
