I am also looking for the pineapple lady doily pattern for my mom. My mom has an old issue of Crochet World magazine(June1995). It has a picture of one made by Stella-Marie. I had no luck finding this one. She asked me if i could find it on the internet so i am giving it a go. (it's my mom after all). I have found one but it isnt the one from Stella-Marie.
