She laughed a little at that. To begin with- with Alex, she had been very particular about who she left him with and how long for and she;d called them up every hour or so- but she had quickly learnt to take the help where they could get it if it allowed her and Luke some time alone together- it was the saviour for every healthy marriage- espeically since they hadn't been married long before she'd had Alex. "I don;t know how Gabby does it... I'm happy with out two... " They kept her busy enough, but she wouldn;t have it any other way. She often missed their first child a great deal- and always thought about what she'd be like now , but she also recognised that they wouldnt have things as good as they did now if she had surived. Having a five year old as well as a two year old and a five month old would be hard work- and there would be no chance she could have ever finished school and be training up as a doctor. She grinned at Alex as he squealed and dropped some of his plastic toys into the water for him to play with. "What about you- do you have anything up your sleeve?" She tested, narrowing her eyes at him suspriciously. Luke wasn;t exactly the romantic type- but he definitely had his redeeming moments- and he could be very thoughtful.
