I don't know how much it differs in SA, but here's what is needed in the US and Canada:

You need to be at least 18 years old, and a High School graduate (or equivalent)

>2) How many languages do i need to learn?

Only English in the US, English and French in most of Canada. Other languages can help you to get hired, and can sometimes give you better flight choices.

>3) Do i need to learn to swim?

Only Alaska Airlines has a swim test, but it would be recommended, as each airline usually does a water evacuation session in training.

>4) When do i need to start studying for Air Hostess?

You could start applying a month or two before you graduate High School.

>5) In collage what kind of subjects i need to choose?

Recommended courses are Psychology, Sociology, Foreign Languages.

>6) If i need to apply for training where and when i
>need to do it?

All US and Canadian airlines will train you as part of the hiring process. No prior training is required.
