hi serya,
I know exactly what you mean, I am good for a few hours in the morning, then by noon I am exhausted! If I sleep for a couple hours I have some energy in the afternoon and evening if I don't go outside! We have central air and I find I am much better if I stay inside once I go out into the heat forget it!
My buzzing and tingling has been worse since about the 17th of July and the shacky is back, inside shaking feels like I've had 20 cups of coffee! I've ben having alot of cramping in my calves and finally called my nuero on Friday talked and left a long message with his nurse but didn' hear back from him, probably won't until monday or tuesday. I've stayed inside and rested for the last 2 days and am feeling alittle better but I have to drive kids around all week and that means going outside and my car has no ac!
I also knwo what you mean about not having a "legal" right to grip, I try to keep mine to a minimum because my husband who is really understanding most of the time just keeps saying well you over did it. Well I can't just stop living I have three children to run around after thank God they are older but that just means more driving.
Boy this got longer than I intended, sorry but it's been a little rough around here too lately! I am thinking of asking for something to help with energy level too although since I am undx I don't know if he'll help me out. My nuero is very good about helping me with meds though, he gives me leighway about dosage so maybe he'll give me something to help. HEy I can only try. I haven't been to see him since February I am hoping he won't want to see me on one hand as its a 4 hours drive now to see him...on the other hand I suppose it would be good to be checked out again, except I just know that it will all get better if I go down there.UGH!
Hope everyone is feeling good!
SAM
