Subject: Frustrated with my insurance company!

I am so frustrated and annoyed with my insurance company I could just spit!

I finally get a good doctor who knows what he's doing and my insurance co puts the skids on testing until they complete an investigation into pre-existing conditions. That was almost three weeks ago! They've had all of my medical records for over two weeks as I took it upon myself to fax them copies. They are on a witch hunt! I didn't see a doctor until April 2000...well after getting this insurance.

Every time I call to find out the status of the investigation they come up with some other piece of paper that they need. I've rewritten a letter they wanted from me three times because it wasn't worded to thier satisfaction. I think that they are stalling.

They have me jumping over hurdles and through rings of fire and I am tired of it. I just want to have my c-spine MRI...that's all. I'm just so tired if this.
