Subject: Doctors:OP

My back has continued to be in horrible muscle spasms so I went to the doctor again saying the flexerill wasn't working very well. SO he puts me on 2 mg of valium 3x daily....
the next morning it is so bad I can hardly move, of course it's saturday now but the service put me through to the nurse practioner who couldn't believe he put me on valium and put me on Soma and 600 mg of motrin 4 times daily! I feel alot better. Guess it's a good thing I am going to be finding a new pcp soon anyway! This dr. didn't even write it in my chart what drugs I am currently taking or that I saw him on friday!
I'd appreciate good thoughts that this will clear up my back as I have to drive cross state on june 14 to our new home. Latley I haven't bee able to drive more than 20 minutes and it's a 2 1/2 hour drive.
This seems like such a trivial thing to be asking considering what Melodie is going through I feel a little funny asking.
thanks in advance
SAM
