> Melodie,

I know how you feel, I'm exactly in the same boat. All my symptoms definately point to MS, I'm totally convinced that is what I have. But my neuro said it wasn't because of a clear MRI....he won't even do a spinal or evoked potentials or anything. And my HMO is terrible as well...I'm stuck with this loser. The only way I might be able to change neuros is to change my primary care doctor and hope that he'll refer me to someone different. However, all my docs would have to change and I really like my gyno...so what do you do?? I decided finally that I probably wouldn't want to start medications right now anyway...and being "tagged" with a disease like MS could cause future insurance problems...so I have decided to give up for now. I consider myself to have MS and so does my family. I try to take care of myself and watch out for heat and so forth. Until I have a really bad exerbation or ON again..I'm through with doctors!! GOod luck to you!
