Hi Buzz......yes the neurontin does make me a little tired. He has me on 300mgs. three times a day. I find it does not do much...maybe calms the twitching a bit but does not help with much else How much do you take and does it help you? EPV is high on my test because I had mono when I was in my early twenties and it alway's shows high. My gp suggested chronic fatigue and so I think that is why my neuro will not consider MS even though I have almost every sympton. I do not think he will order any more test for me and he is the only neuro in my HMO.....I live in a small town..so I guess that is why I only have this one on my HMO. He still see's me on a monthly basis but I have a feeling he is going to release me soon so I may never have a dx......I guess I will have to wait for something drastic to happen. I love your handle name "Buzz" that's what I feel like most of the time!! Today my arm is buzzing and who knows about tomorrow!! Take care.....Mel
