Joan I wish I could come over and help you finish trimming your shrubs. What a job! And yes I find over exerting my hands make them swell, and they become stiff and achy.

Where is your MS center Joan?

Rest up and do not conquer those last two shrubs until you have regained your strength! Take care of yourself and don't force from your body than it can give at one time.
