Subject: Hate the new way of doing interview. We blew interview cause there was another little girl screaming and crying and it scared the rest in there, one at a time was much better or don't let other in if they are going to be a distraction

My little girl was fussy during interview... but she is also a baby so you cant expect her to be perfectly content at all times.
