What is questionable is people who judge others who just are living their own normal lives.

Brandon and Eliza loved each other for life and that is what happened. A lifetime is the time in which you live, there is no afterlife that can be proved, so it was for a lifetime. He died and she moved on after a number of years. Mourning for life does not not equal love. Love is love no matter what happens. There is no disrespect and if it was on the other foot, Brandon would of did what she did. Mourn, grieve and then move on. I serious doubt he would of mourned for 50 years or killed himself as people seem to think she should have done. Love is forever but no one ever said you can only love one person. I guess he will always be the love of her life but no use in wasting your life, when your love has died and been buried.

Love never fades but Brandon is dead, it's not like he is still living. The Crow was a great film but IT WAS A FILM. People rarely live happy ever after. Brandon and Eliza's story while sweet, is a tragedy. I'm thankful I have never had one of those dependent relationships. Have fun - stay single. :)
