Subject: Hours of sits

I work full-time from home (medical transcription) and am trying to figure out the best hours to do sits. Can you all tell me what your sitting schedules are for 2x per day and 3x per day? I am not really comfortable with 2x per day for dogs, but from the sounds of what everyone says, most people won't pay for more.
