No need for zoning, you get a mobile business license since you travel to others homes.
It can all be done within two months if you are serious about the business. I am not sure how you really feel. Perhaps this is the time to read, read and read up on pet sitting. Inquire with local pet sitting services in your area. It requires a lot of energy and motivation to stay in it so you need to decide for sure whether this is the business for you.
It may help to consult with an attorney however most of only need to use our social security number which is then the tax id....easiest. Nothing fancy unless you want to go big and get incorporated.
